The Indonesian Molecular Innovation Foundation is a research institution that develops innovations based on small molecules and nanobubble technology for various applications, especially in the health sector. The institution was originally established in 2023 under the name Institut Molekul Indonesia, founded by academics from Universitas Brawijaya together with community figures interested in anti-aging technology, and was officially registered with the Ministry of Law and Human Rights under the number AHU-890.AH.02.01 of 2023. Its establishment aimed to strengthen applied molecular research in Indonesia to address health challenges and improve quality of life. In 2025, the institution transitioned into the Indonesian Molecular Innovation Foundation and obtained legal status as a foundation through approval from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights with the registration number AHU-0021881.AH.01.04 of 2025. Based in Malang, East Java, the foundation focuses on building collaborations among researchers, academics, industry, and governmental as well as private institutions to produce scientific innovations that benefit society.
