dr. Rina Silvia Barbara Silalahi is a medical doctor who graduated from Jambi University, where she earned her Bachelor of Medicine degree (2012–2016) and completed her Professional Medical Doctor program (2016–2018). She undertook her internship at dr. Bratanata Army Hospital and Rawasari Primary Health Center in Jambi (2019–2020), gaining clinical experience in emergency care, intensive care, inpatient services, and primary healthcare, including maternal and child health, geriatric care, and sexually transmitted infection services.
Throughout her career, dr. Rina has accumulated extensive experience as a general practitioner across various healthcare facilities. She served as a volunteer doctor in the red zone at the Emergency COVID-19 Hospital, Wisma Atlet Jakarta (2020–2021), and later worked at Ananda Babelan Hospital, Bekasi Regency, and PELNI Hospital West Jakarta (2021–2023). At PELNI Hospital, she also held the role of Medical Officer of the Day (MOD) and was involved in services across the ICU, Emergency Department, Hemodialysis Unit, Inpatient Ward, and Casemix Unit. In addition to her clinical practice, she contributed as a COVID-19 vaccination volunteer with EPIC USAID and Nadem Pedulia Vaccination Center. Her professional competencies are strengthened by various advanced trainings, including Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), and Occupational Health and Safety (HIPERKES). With strong clinical skills, resilience, effective communication, and broad multidisciplinary experience, dr. Rina is committed to delivering professional, empathetic, and patient-centered medical care focused on safety and quality of life.
