dr. Eva Rusiene, M.K.M is a senior medical doctor currently serving in the Medical Rehabilitation Unit at RSUD Kota Yogyakarta. She completed her medical degree at Hangtuah University Surabaya in 2001 and earned her Master’s in Health Promotion from Alma Ata University Yogyakarta in 2024. In addition to her work at the hospital, dr. Eva has also been running an independent practice as a general practitioner and acupuncturist since 2001. Throughout her career, dr. Eva has gained extensive experience working as a general practitioner and acupuncturist at various healthcare facilities, including RSU Lokapala, RS Happy Land, RSAU dr. Hardjolukito, and several community health centers (Puskesmas) in Yogyakarta. She actively participates in numerous trainings both domestically and abroad, such as the Advanced Esthetic and Abdominal Acupuncture course in Beijing and acupuncture workshops in Tokyo. Moreover, she has served as a speaker in several acupressure training sessions organized by the Health Training Center (BAPELKES) of Yogyakarta. In the organizational field, dr. Eva is actively involved as a board member in various associations such as IDI Wilayah, IDI Kota Jogja, PERDAWERI in the field of Health and Anti-Aging Tourism, HATTRA DIY, and is also a member of the Neuroaesthetic Research Center. Her expertise includes medical acupuncture services, acupressure, and additional therapies such as ozonizer and chalazion treatment, further strengthening her role in medical rehabilitation and holistic health care.
