dr. Bethania Sophia Fitri is a medical doctor who graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, Brawijaya University, Malang (1998–2006). She has extensive experience as a medical practitioner since 2006, working in private practice, hospitals, corporations, and international organizations. Currently, she serves as a Managed Care Coordinator at Global Doctor Indonesia, Jakarta, with responsibilities that include building networks with various healthcare providers, developing telemedicine programs, homecare, and medical repatriation. Previously, she worked as an Onsite Doctor at Global Doctor Indonesia (2023–2024), as a Company Doctor for several major corporations (Sinarmas Group), and as an aesthetic consultant at Esther House of Beauty, Malang.

In addition to her clinical work, dr. Bethania also has academic experience as a full-time lecturer at the Microbiology Laboratory, Brawijaya University–dr. Saiful Anwar General Hospital Malang (2012–2014) and as a lecturer at Sri Bunga Tanjung Nursing Academy, Dumai (2016–2018). She has actively participated in numerous trainings and symposiums, including Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), Occupational Health and Safety (HIPERKES), and Basic Life Support (AHA certified). Her expertise is further enriched by involvement in public health programs, occupational health management, and language education services through FUNLish Rumah Belajar ASHER in Riau (2018–2023).
