RAHO Club E-Magazine Edition 003 Highlights Two IGDS Technology Patents and the Development of IMI–RAHO Nanobubble Research

RAHO Club has published E-Magazine Edition 003 in August 2026, featuring a range of reports on research developments, nanobubble technology innovation, member experiences, the expansion of the RAHO Club network, and educational topics related to healthy aging, homeostasis, and post-stroke recovery. The edition was published on 3 August 2026 and also highlights Yayasan Inovasi Molekuler Indonesia (IMI) as part of the scientific network supporting the development of RAHO Club’s technology and molecular research. One of the main features in this edition is the development journey of the Intelligent Gas Delivery System (IGDS), a nanobubble-based gas delivery technology developed through research collaboration between IMI and RAHO Club. In a report titled “Two Patents, One Vision: The Innovation Journey of IGDS Nanobubble Technology,” the magazine discusses two patents that form part of the development of this platform.

Two Patents in the Development of IGDS Technology

The first patent, numbered IDP000101264, is entitled “Liquid Delivery System Containing Nano-Sized Bubbles.” The patent was filed on 13 July 2023 and granted on 22 September 2025. The technology focuses on a liquid delivery system containing nano-sized bubbles as a foundation for the development of a gas delivery platform. The second patent, IDP000105386, is entitled “Liquid and Gas Composition for Improving Body Quality.” Filed on 7 February 2024 and granted on 18 May 2026, this patent relates to the formulation of gas compositions in liquid. In the e-magazine, the two patents are described as complementary components: the first concerns the delivery platform, while the second concerns the composition of bioactive gases carried through the system. For IMI, this achievement forms part of a longer technology development process that does not end with intellectual property protection. Further research remains necessary to study the physical characteristics of nanobubbles, biological mechanisms, safety, standardization, and their potential applications in healthcare.

NanoSight Pro Supports Nanobubble Characterization

Edition 003 also introduces the role of NanoSight Pro in IMI–RAHO research activities. The instrument, which was brought in during April 2023, is used for nanoparticle characterization through Nanoparticle Tracking Analysis (NTA). This technology enables researchers to analyze particle size and concentration based on their movement in liquid. In nanobubble research, parameters such as size distribution, particle concentration, and solution homogeneity are important components of the characterization and standardization process. The availability of this instrument supports IMI’s efforts to develop nanobubble research based on quantitative measurements and data that can be scientifically evaluated.

CO₂ Nanobubbles Featured in the Research Update

In the Research Update section, E-Magazine Edition 003 also discusses developments in research on carbon dioxide (CO₂) nanobubbles. The article explains the physical characteristics of nanobubbles, various methods used to generate them, and the development of CO₂ nanobubble research, which is beginning to extend into the biomedical field after previously being more widely explored in industrial, environmental, and energy applications. The discussion refers to a 2025 scientific publication on recent developments in aqueous CO₂ nanobubbles .This topic shows that the exploration of nanobubble technology is not limited to a single type of gas. The characteristics of different gases and their interactions with biological systems remain an open area of research that requires further mechanistic investigation and validation before broader applications can be established.

From Healthy Aging to Post-Stroke Recovery

Beyond research reports, Edition 003 features several health-related topics and member experiences. The magazine cover features H. Soetrisno Bachir, S.E., a national entrepreneur and senior politician, who shares his experiences related to fitness, lifestyle, and his perspective on healthy aging. The magazine also presents other member stories as individual accounts of participation in RAHO Club programs. These experiences represent personal stories from individual members. Therefore, they should not be directly interpreted as evidence of clinical effectiveness or generalized to all individuals. The development of any health intervention still requires systematic evaluation through appropriately designed research. Post-stroke recovery is also given particular attention across several sections. The e-magazine discusses the importance of measured physical activity, rehabilitation, family support, and approaches that take each survivor’s individual condition into account. It also introduces the Indonesia Stroke Recovery Initiative (IStRI) as a program combining education and recovery support with various health-related approaches.

Expanding Education and Networks

This edition also records the opening of a regular RAHO Club branch in Banjarmasin, extending the RAHO Club community network into South Kalimantan. Other sections discuss health after the age of 40, homeostasis, physical activity after stroke, and the importance of individualized approaches during the recovery process. For IMI, the presence of RAHO Club E-Magazine serves as one of the media platforms connecting research, innovation, and public communication. Information on patents, research facilities, developments in nanobubble studies, and community activities can be presented in a more accessible format while maintaining the importance of scientific testing, documentation, and continuous evaluation.

Through collaboration with researchers, physicians, academics, and partners, IMI continues to encourage the development of molecular and nanobubble technologies in Indonesia alongside scientific integrity, measurable research, and the continuous strengthening of evidence.
